• Any NGO irrespective of no. of years of their registration, requiring fund support can seek support / guidance / service from us.
|

• As a first step NGO has to fill up the application form available in this website and send the same to us for our study along with a DD of Rs. 2000 (non-refundable) or US $ 600 (ask for swift code and wire transfer details) favouring NGO Fundraisers , payable at Bangalore, with a covering note specifically mentioning how much funds you require and for what purpose. Also answer the following questions :
a) What are your needs ?
b) In terms of Funds how much you need, In terms of Kind what do you need ?
c) How many paid employees are there with you ?
d) How many volunteers are there with you ?
e) What was your Income and Expenditure during last three years
(2005-2006, 2006-2007, 2007-2008). If you have started new, you can ignore this question
f) What has been the grant that you have received so far and from whom ? Give details of only last 3 years. If you have started new, you can ignore this question.

Once we receive this application form, we will let you know whether we can support you by any of
the following methods :
• Should we prepare proposal and submit the same to Government / National or International Funding Agencies ?
• Should we extend support in correcting your documentation / website, etc.?
• Should we take up your fund requirement as a turnkey project ?
• Should we have to "sorry, we can't support you" ? |

Professional Fees |

| • Joining fee of Rs. 2000 which you will be sending along with application is valid for one year. |
|
• Thereafter, depending upon your fund requirement, we will send you a draft MOU which will highlight what kind of expenses will be incurred to raise your funds. |
|
• Apart from the expenses, our service charges (which will be mentioned in the MOU) will be collected only after the funds are raised and are made available in NGOs Bank a/c. |

Note : Please note, we are not a funding agency. We are fundraisers. If you want a "Tree", you need to sow a "Seed". Investing on us is like a Seed and what we give you in return is the Tree.
