In order to recover Rs. 36,000 per NGO in a year, the proposed plan is as under. |

Tie up with Banks |

Our request to NGOs would be to open a bank account specified by us no sooner they register with us. The NGOs can maintain zero balance but there must be active transactions taking place to the tune of atleast Rs. 4 lacs in a year. |

Grants obtained out of our efforts should be deposited in this Bank Account. |

FCRA Accounts have to be opened in this Bank Account of those whose FCRA is not made yet. |

Fixed Deposits, Recurring Deposits, Mutual Funds, etc. if possible should be done through this bank account. This is however not mandatory. |

In turn the banks will give many facilities to our NGOs on bank charges, DD charges, O.D. facilities, etc. as per their norms. |

We would request Donor Agencies to support our initiative with either full grant or partial grant |

We will conduct Fund Raising Events, Charity Shows, Seminars, Workshops, Exhibitions, etc. and the surplus amount available after meeting out the expenses would be deposited in our Corpus Fund. Shortfalls will be managed out of borrowings from Corpus Fund and the same will be replaced no sooner, we make it up |

We will sell products including greeting cards online through our portal and the surpluses earned out of the same will be deposited in the Corpus Fund. |

A professional fee to meet part our organization's administrative expenses, depending upon the project, the kind of work required will be a included in the budget of the project proposal and on approval of grant, the ngo will remit this payment to us. Incase the project is not approved, ngos are not liable to make this payment. |

ngofundraisers.com will be a non-profit organization registered under Societies Act 1860. When the balance sheet is drawn and if there is excess amount available, after retaining certain reserves, the balance will be donated to deserving NGOs to implement projects. |
