Would like to become a Funding Agency and help NGOs who are in similar area of activities as that of ours by calling for proposals and giving grants. |

The first mission is to look for 30 NGOs in India who are like minded and who are willing to share our vision.
|

In two years time, the Foundation will mobilize a fund of Rs. 50 lacs which will be invested in equity / fixed deposit and manage foundation's expense through the interests earned out of the same.

Thereafter the monthly fee payable by NGOs will be ploughed back to NGOs by way of grant giving by the Foundation. |

Any registered NGO small, medium or big can become partner NGO with us. |
| » |
A member from our Foundation will visit NGOs who have shown interest in associating with us, atleast once a month and spend a day or two as the need arises and plan their funding and technical requirement. The visit expenses will be borne by Samarthanam Foundation. |

This member will get into designing and planning and you will take care of the implementation of such a plan which is mutually agreeable to execute. A minimum funding plan of getting three times of what is being paid to Samarthanam Foundation, will be planned during the first six months and thereafter depending upon the success we will review and revise the target and go for such collections. |

A minimum of one proposal per month will be prepared and submitted to different Funding Agencies / Corporates and other Trusts & Foundations. |

We will help in preparation of project proposal and submission of these proposals to various funding agencies. |

We will also assist you in providing technical guidance and if necessary a technical expertise from Samarthanam will be sent to you to give you suitable advice on this matter. |

Your obligation towards availing our consultancy services will be as under : |
| » |
A monthly consultancy fee will be payable to Samarthanam Foundation on or before 5 th of every calendar month. This amount has to be remitted in ICICI Bank A/c 00530126969 favoring Samarthanam Trust for the Disabled. |

Samarthanam Foundation will give you a workable plan which will give you a minimum funding of three times the fee being paid to Samarthanam Foundation every month. |

10% of the amount received in excess of the minimum guaranteed amount will be given to Samarthan towards their Professional Fee. |
| » |
The second and subsequent month's consultancy fee is payable by the NGO to Samarthanam only if the NGO is able to achieve targets agreed upon mutually . |

If a need arises wherein a proposal has to be personally discussed with Funding Agencies in Delhi or Bangalore or any other location, costs incurred thereof will be borne by your NGO. |

Any other additional expenses if not foreseen at the time of writing this letter will have to be borne by your NGO and such expenses will be discussed on a case to case basis. |

The Consultancy Fee payable to Samarthanam Foundation is as follows : |

Class "A" Cities : Rs. 40,000 p.m.
Class "B" Cities : Rs. 30,000 p.m.
Class "C" Cities : Rs. 20,000 p.m. |

Class A Cities are Delhi , Mumbai, Kolkatta, Chennai, Bangalore , Pune, etc.
Class B Cities are Hubli, Coimbatore , Ahmedabad, Baroda , etc.
Class C Cities are Gulbarga , Bijapur, Trichy, Madurai , Noida, Ghaziabad , Kalyan, Thane, etc. |
